my checkout page wont load in or allow me to edit in corner stone i get a “the preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete” saying its a plug in or conflict

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that the cart and checkout page are displayed because of the WooCommerce shortcodes namely, [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout]. Regretfully you cannot use the Cornerstone Builder to edit these pages. Loading the page in Cornerstone may sometimes result in a conflict or a fatal error.

Note: You cannot view the checkout page if your cart is empty. You have to add a product to your cart first.

I’m trying to edit the checkout in cornerstone but It wont load in cornerstone.

I have created a page with the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] in it and set that to my checkout and it works fine the same process on multiple websites I have made so that is incorrect. (see secure note)

The cart page is set up the exact same way and I can open it in cornerstone but the checkout wont load in cornerstone.

Hi @jeffgollin,

The Checkout page will not be shown and will be redirected to the Cart page if the cart is empty. I went ahead and temporarily added a product to the cart, and found the checkout page is loading perfectly in the Cornerstone.
