Recently I am unable to edit any posts built using the Cornerstone builder - pages are still editable. Attempting to edit a post generates the following on screen message:

I have disabled all the plugins but it still crashes

Hi Sergio,

I have checked and found that most of the pages are loading fine. If any specific page is not loading, there might be some issue with that page only. This kind of issue happens due to the broken HTML tags, I would suggest you delete the section one by one and check if the issue resolves. The last one you deleted before the fix is the actual issue.

Thanks for the reply. If you enter pages in WordPress and try to open them, they will not work. I leave some Cornestone links in secure notes.

This could mean that there is a fatal error on your site. Enable the WordPress debug mode. You might be able to see an error message on the site right away. If not, the error log could reveal where the problem is originating.

I have checked the specific page URL given and found the issue, please be sure that you have already troubleshooted the common issues mentioned in my previous comment. If yes, I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hey Sergio,

Please edit your pages and removed the pagination elements. The pagination elements should only be added in the Archive Layout Builder.
