Hello, I am getting the “The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This most often related to a plugin conflict or customizations introducing PHP error. “ I have already changed my version of PHP to a compatible one, changed PHP memory size in wp-config file, disabled all plugins except cornerstone and still cannot figure out cause, please help. www.robeslawgroup.com

I just check your website and currently, you have an old X theme version 7.1.2 and you have the latest version of Cornerstone which is 5.2.3 and they are not compatible with each other and that’s the reason for your issue. To fix it, first, I suggest that you deactivate and uninstall your cornerstone plugin to avoid any conflict when upgrading your X theme. Second, upgrade your X theme to the latest version and the last thing you should do is install the cornerstone plugin again.
