i have checked phpmyadmin and it shows the correct domain aswell not sure what to do

The WordPress URL and website URL should match in order for the iframe to work. Based on your screenshot, the WordPress URL is set to https://has-custom.com while your website URL is https://gas-custom.com.preview-domain.com.
