The preview could not load due to iframe response being incomplete

Hi, I’m using X Theme on the staging server of my main domain which is dev.3thirds.net . The issue is that I’m getting the error “The preview could not load due to iframe response being incomplete.” when I try to edit some pages like About (https://dev.3thirds.net/about) and Kl Sentral Ad Panels (https://dev.3thirds.net/kl-sentral-adpanels/) but some of the other pages like Homepage is loading fine in front end and also on Cornerstone editor.

On the affected pages as well, the front end is broken and also I receive the message “There has been a critical error on this website” but the non-affected pages are loading fine.

Hi @bimal77,

I have checked your website and found that you are using the older version of the X theme i.e. 8.2.3 whereas the Cornerstone version has been updated to 5.3.3.
I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the X theme.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
7.Permalink
