The preview could not load due to a http/https missmatch

Hello Team,

I am trying to edit one of my layouts on pro and I get the following message:

I am not sure what to do, only thing I can think of is that it is related to a recent update of pro and Wordpress because I did not change anything intentionally.

I would appreciate some help, thank you!

Hello Cèdric,

Thanks for writing in! You are having this issue because if your SSL certificate issues. Please go to Settings > General and make sure that your WP dashboard URL is the same as the WordPress Address URL having the same https settings

If this does not help, please provide us your WP credentials. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

It seems that you have not set the preview of the layout. I went ahead and set the preview now the layout builder is working fine. Please clear your browser cache and then check it again.
