Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that your Site URL in Settings > General is the same as the WP dashboard URL. Please check your SSL settings too. And then go to Pro > Status, copy the results and paste it here in your next reply along with your login credentials so we can investigate further. Kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
