The preview could not load... - Cornerstone Forms

Hi,

I’m building a new website and copied a Cornerstone Form as a template from another site, but after uploading it to the new website as a component and editing it, I get a “The preview could not load…” error when trying to access the contact-page (/kontakt/).

I also tried to build a completely new form but I get the same issue.

I’ve tried disabling plugins etc. without luck. Can you take a look at it?

Looks like you forgot the username. Please provide the username and also access to the source site if possible.

Hey @Kobber,

We can’t see the source of the issue right now. Please try duplicating the Formular component and remove elements in the form one by one until the “The preview could not load” is resolved. The last one you remove that will load the page is the culprit. You can then report it to us and we’ll investigate.
