The preview could not load after all plugins and php memory limit check

Hi Themeco,

My website is showing the preview error when I try to edit any page.

I have already deactivated all plugins and increased php memory limit to 512M but nothing worked.

Hello @Stigan,

Thanks for writing in! Did you just created this page or this has been edited with an older version of the builder? I can see that it is using Classic elements. You may have inserted a broken HTML code which may be causing the issue. By the way, I am seeing that you have inserted DIV HTML tag in the Top Bar content which is not recommended. Be advised this this will only accept plain text and/or inline HTML tags ONLY such as span, strong, em.

Hi @ruenel,

Thank you for pointing out the broken HTML code. I have updated it to use span only.

For the iframe issue, I found out it was because the a server php values was missing size units like M (MB) and G (GB)…After adding them, cornerstone is now working fine.
