The page is not showing up

After adding a new page and create the layout, the page stills blank
Please, can you help me to fix this issue??

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact page URL

Hi @jcduewekeperez,

I have created a Test page and it worked perfectly fine. Then I created a test Layout and assigned it to the Test page and it shows perfectly fine too. The issue you described is not been replicated at our end. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Hi @jcduewekeperez,

I have assigned the Test layout to that specific page shown in the video by cloning the specified layout and it worked perfectly fine. I would suggest you check the page and the layout given in the secure note.
