the One-Page-Navigation no longer works after WordPress update to version 5.6.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems the one-page navigation is working, but the swipebox overlay is coming up while clicking into the menu item. I tested with the URL: https://autofit-offenau.de/#leistungen directly into the browser and it scrolled to the section mentioned.
The reason behind your issue is a third party plugin named Responsive Lightbox & Gallery, I would recommend you deactivating the 3rd party plugin and try once after clearing the cache. If you discover that an issue is coming from the 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author.
