The navigation menu is delayed active on a mobile device

Hi, there.

I still got a problem with the navigation menu on a Mobile device. I try to change the kind of navigation such as Modals, Dropdown, and Off-canvas. The result is the same thing. When I open the website on mobile with the intranet in my office, it works but when I change to use the outside network (my cellular or my wifi at home) the navigation will be delayed in showing the menus as in the video below.

It spent time more than 30 sec. to show the menu.

What should I do? Please help.

I checked your site it seems that it is working fine. It might be an issue with internet speed. I would suggest you please wait for the website to be loaded completely and then check it again.
