I cleared/flushed cache etc…but the arrows for the sub menu show up as a square in Chrome, not in other browsers though. Any help appreciated.

I have checked your page and I found out that your are having a CORS or Cross Origin Resource Sharing issue. To resolve it, please check out this thread:

And lastly, please make sure that Font Awesome is enabled in X/Pro > Theme Options > Miscellaneous > Font Awesome.
