The link you followed has expired

Hi team,
I have a free license because a customer has closed. Now I would like to use it for another project but when I load the zip file I can not because “The link you followed has expired”. I hope it is not serious.
Thank you

Hi @ferlo61,

Thanks for posting in.

You mean when you upload and install the downloaded zip file? That process has no connection with the license. Perhaps, you can contact your hosting provider to see the cause whey it fails. Please follow this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/. One of the solution provided by a user is by increasing the upload size limit of his site and you may request an increase to your hosting provider.

Or you can do it too if it’s allowed by your host https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/developer-corner/php/using-php.ini-directives/php-maximum-upload-file-size

Thanks!

Excuse me for the long time for responding but in meantime I have resolved.
I have another question for you. With XCS I can export my entire live site and import into another site in an another domain made with PRO?
Thank you

Hi @ferlo61

Using “Theme Options Manager” you can export the theme options values, not your posts/pages, to export the whole website I recommend using Duplicator plugin for this purpose:

Here you are a great tutorial explaining how to use it:

Thanks.

Thank you Alaa for the quick answer
