We just bought a new protheme v6.2.7 and every time we try to upload it gets the expired message. We installed the code snippet plugin, made the changes per your suggestions, activated, deactivated, and nothing works.
We tried uploading the previous protheme v5.1.5 and it uploads but then crashes the system.
This is a clean WP core install, with PHP 8.0, no other plugins, cache cleared multiple times, and nothing works.
