The information in Cornerstone is gone

Hi,

When I go to a page in my X-theme website the information in Cornerstone is gone.
I see only text in the WordPress area.
How can i replace the information in Cornerstone?

Thanks for reaching out.

Have you tried clicking the Cornerstone tab from your screenshot and edit again with cornerstone? If you did that and the builder is empty, that means your cornerstone data is corrupted. It’ can because by direct editing of the database like search and replace, and or migration, and similar.

Else, please provide your login credentials in the secure note and I’ll check.

Thanks for updating in! I have checked your site and I edited a few pages. Some of the pages can still be edited in Cornerstone. See the images below:

When I checked the homepage, it cannot be edited in Cornerstone anymore. I have a hunched that the homepage was edited outside of Cornerstone intentionally or accidentally. This may have happened last November as the last revisions says. With this incident, cornerstone data were missing or corrupted and that means that the page can no longer be edited with Cornerstone. It is best that you recreate the page from scratch by creating a new page while the homepage is live. This is the fastest way to edit the page.
