The header drop-down not visible in cornerstone

Hey there,

The header drop-down isn’t visible on pages, just the top submenu is visible, however, the dropdown has a lot of other submenus in it.
I’m not sure what’s the issue, I even tried assigning it the z-index, but it still won’t work.
Please help me figuring this out.

Thanks.

Hi @klevur,

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: I have checked the listed websites in your Themeco Account but didn’t recognize the URL where you are having the problem.

Thanks

@tristup

Hi, thanks.

I have attached the credentials in secure notes.

Hello @klevur,

Thanks for sharing the login details, it seems that you have set the Header Bar Container’s Overflow as Hidden. I would suggest you go to the Header Bar —>Container 2---->Set Overflow as Visible. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Please make sure you have purged all the cache from the WP-rocket cache and clear your browser cache and then check it or check it in the private mode of the browser.

Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks

Hi @klevur,

Glad that we are able to help you.

Hi @tristup

This is a different issue though, the modal is not working when I’m not logged in to the admin dashboard of the website, I even tried giving a higher z-index to the modal toggle but it still gives that issue.
Do, you have any idea why that would be?

Thanks.
