Not sure why, but The Grid wont load any masonry skins in the Skin Editor. I have a few created and need to duplicate one. But I cant access them…
Hello Riceman,
Thanks for writing in! I have logged in to your site and there is an ongoing JS error when you visit the Skin Builder Overview. This could be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
- Testing for Plugin Conflict
- Theme/Plugin Updates
- Child Theme
- CSS/JS Customization
- Disabling Cache
Kindly let us know how it goes.
Hi, yup, I tried all of this. De-actiavted ALL plugins, one or a few at a time. No luck, also reverted to the Pro Theme, not Child. Still no luck.
Hi Riceman,
Please make sure that you are using the updated version of The Grid plugin i.e 2.7.8, please compare your extension version with our version compatibility page for the supported version of plugins with the theme.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Thanks, I am on 2.7.1, and there is no notification for an update. See screenshot. Should I be able to see a notification, as I installed this plugin through Pro?
Hello Riceman,
Kindly temporarily deactivate TheGrid plugin so that the update link will display.
Please let us know how it goes.
Aha! That did it, and it also fixed the issue. Thanks!!
