The Grid: Won't Load ALL filter initially

This is in regard to The Grid plugin.

So I have 4 categories and when I load the page, the loading animation activates and when its done there are not images, yet the ALL filter is active. When I click on another category, all of the images in that category appear. Then when I click ALL, everything loads properly.

My question is, why wont all of my images load initially? Its just a blank page now until you “trigger” the filter to load the images.

This could probably because of your grid filter settings. Can we take a peak in your WP dashboard?

Thanks for updating in! You can create a secure note (http://prntscr.com/fv1xr3) to make sure that only you and our staff can see the credentials. The screenshot is helpful. We would prefer to have an access so that we can play around the settings, having to turn on/off some of the settings in order to figure out the root cause of the issue.

Re-entered the above password and now it works! I tested it.

The issue is because you created filters on load.

I’ve removed them all and All posts display now.
