The Grid unable to detect itself under Pro

The Grid has an option under Global Settings to disable its library from loading only on pages where the_grid shortcode exists. This excellent option helps prevent bloat on pages where the plugin is never applied thereby increasing the overall website performance.
However, if Pro’s dedicated element for The Grid is used, the plugin is unable to detect its usage hence prevents it’s JS and CSS to load. What happens is an endless loop of gif load.

It would be excellent in terms of website performance if you could correct this bug.

Looks like a bug in v2 element, I’ll add this to our issue tracker. A temporary solution is adding your grid as shortcode within the classic text element. That should work even the global setting is off.
