Hello,

I bought the X Theme from Themeco and after the latest update for “The Grid”, when I try to activate it, it gives me this message at the top of the list of plugins in Wordpress.

Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/69/3653569/html/wp-content/plugins/the-grid//includes/media-taxonomies.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/69/3653569/html/wp-content/plugins/the-grid/the-grid.php on line 119

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/69/3653569/html/wp-content/plugins/the-grid//includes/media-taxonomies.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_6/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/69/3653569/html/wp-content/plugins/the-grid/the-grid.php on line 119

Any help?

Hi there @baywestchurch1,

Thanks for writing in!

It sounds like the install may have been interrupted and thus not completely downloading the entire plugin. Please delete the plugin via FTP (delete the folder) and then re-install through your WordPress admin and everything should work correctly.

Thanks!
