The Grid space between blocks issue

Page url: https://bmfcomms.com/blog/

On first load spacing isn’t even through grid. There is extra white space that appears. Resizing browser window fixes it…

I have some custom css on the page but I don’t think this is causing the spacing issue:

.cards-style.style-3 figure {
padding: 0px 00px 100px;
border-bottom-color: #DF423C;
border-top-width: 0px;
border-right-width: 0px;
border-left-width: 0px;
border-bottom-width: 3px;
}

.cards-style.style-3 figcaption p {
font-size: 18px;}

.awsm-grid-wrapper .awsm-grid h3 {
font-size: 22px;
font-weight: 600;
}

.awsm-personal-info span {
font-size: 14px;
color: #DF423C;

}

.awsm-personal-info {
margin-top: -5px;
}

I tried to get support directly with The Grid but since it is bundled with themeco I wasn’t able to verify with them.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Nathan

Hi Nathan

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, the specified issue has not been found. Even in different browsers, it loads perfectly. I have also found there are many images are missing which causes a white space in the Grid.

If you are still having the issue, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

I am not seeing the missing images issue

I also don’t have those errors in the console. If you have any additional insight into this, please send my way (you have my login information).

Here is the issue:

On first load, if you scroll down, you’ll see the extra white space showing between rows near the bottom.

Thanks,
Nathan

Hey Nathan,

Your issue has been caused by the LazyLoad module feature when the Jetpack plugin is active. I went ahead and temporarily deactivated the plugin and those space issues were gone. I had remained Jetpack as deactivated so that you can see that those spaces are no longer present in your blog index.

You can reactivate/deactivate the plugin and compare the blog index again.

Best Regards.

Thank you!

Glad that we could be of help.

Cheers!
