please check photo slide show on the middle of the page,

clicking on one photo opens a light box… navigating photo and video inside light box the video appears in between “opg” photos and not at the end on photos… I’ve tried to solve it but i think i’ve not well understand how to manage sorting of items if are mixed gallery items and articles (video)…

and in general is there a way to open in light box only a categories (sort filter) of a grid?
i.e. clicking on “i meravigliati” lightbox should play only these foto and not going straight to “opg” or “video”… these behaviour could definitely solve (and we would like it more…)

stop playing lightbox on clickuìin on the + icon… (the same skin work on other grids)
and also the menu on the top right some times mov eon the middle of the page… (it happens only on this page)

The lightbox feature is applicable to all grid items being displayed on the page. It will open on all of the categories in the page. There is no way that you can limit the lightbox to only open it to OPG or Video category only. The job of the filter is to display the items according to its category. Without the filter all the items will be visible. It simply hide/show the items depending on the filter you click on the page. You must also understand that the filter feature is a separate and independent feature. The same thing with the lightbox. It is independent to the filter thus being applied to all of the items on the page.

On this page: http://www.thediane.eu/portraits/, there is a JS error which may have caused the issue. Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

And also I noticed that you are using SIteGround. Please make sure to clear the site cache in your hosting panel to make sure that the latest code is serve by server and not the old cache version which may have contributed to the issue.

got it!

i disable super cache and also clear (and disable) cacher on siteground c-panel.

now lightbox don’t work on ALL pages…

any idea? if i skip to thegrid standard lightbox it works on all pages but not on portraits… if i go back to modulobox lightbox it do not work on all pages…

it was the plugin used for minifying css and js…

i see there a jquerry or js conflict on my pages… any idea on how to solve it?
i’m not expert in coding…

Hi Diane,

No need to minify JS and CSS libraries. It is already minified. Minifying it again might cause breakage on the file that might result to this issue.
