The Grid slideshow too high

Hi, I don’t know how long this problem has been there. I only spotted it today.
On my iPhone, the slideshow works correctly however on my laptop and desktop, the slideshow is much too high and top and bottom of images is cut off. When I preview the effect within The Grid, it looks fine.

Is there are setting somewhere?

3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Many thanks for responding. I’m fairly sure it’s a plugin conflict which I’ll try to resolve when I have the time.
