Can you please confirm if you have followed the process that mention the post? and still you have the issue.
As I can see the last comment regarding plugin update, are you using the latest version of the plugins?

The old post has been closed and you cant comment there any more, You can communicate the issue here.

The Essential Grid version 2.2.4.1 fixed the Instagram API issue.

Which version are you using?

Thank you for providing the credentials. I see you’re on the latest version which does fix the Instagram API issue. I tested on my local setup with your Instagram username and it works just fine on my end (see screenshot)

I did some test in your grid and I was not able to refresh the view, it could be something with your setup, first try re-installing your essential grid so you have a fresh copy of the plugin and see if this resolves the issue.

I also see you’re using an old version of the grid plugin v2.6.17 however the latest version is v2.6.20 which fixes the Instagram API issue. Please update it to the latest version so you have no issue with the Grid plugin also.

If I re-installing essential grid I lose something? I need to unistall ad re-install the plug-in?
because every element in the home page are made with essential greed :sweat_smile:

Hi @thomas9999,

To make sure data are intact, you must export them first before reinstallation. And if something is missing then you can import it. Should be the same in all other plugins if export feature is available.
