The Grid Plugin Won't Update

Hi,

I’m trying to update the Grid plugin to the latest version 2.7.8.
(I’m currently running version 2.7.4.)

Unfortunately when I click update, i get the message update completed,
however it remains the old version. My site is depending heavily on this plugin
and right now I’m unable to change anything on the Skins.

Please help?

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you deactivate your Grid plugin first then do the update. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
