I have found that the plugin ‘The Grid’ is stopping my blog video format from working and breaking my website.
This is one of your recommended plugin and I have used it a lot throughout my website.
How can I fix this?

I tried to check but I cannot access the site again. Can you disable IP Restriction again while we continue the investigation? It would also be better if you can also add FTP credentials inside a secure note. We will check the error log to see the exact error throwing by the GRID. Thank you.
I have disabled the plugin and will also setup ftp access and send details in the secure note

Though I understand deactivating The Grid fixes the issue, the real cause is a htaccess rule. I don’t know what the exact rule is but I know it’s an htaccess rule because I regenerated your htaccess and the issue was fixed. The issue might return though if your security plugin will add the conflicting rule again. In this case, please have your web host find and fix the conflicting rule. Your web host is the only one who can fix this because this is a server related issue.
You’ll see in the video in the secure note that I can set the post format to video.
