The Grid - order of items

I would like to specifiy the order that my portfolio items appear in the Grid.

I know there is the sort function where you can choose predifined categories, but I would like to manually set each portfolio item in place. i.e. Choose which ones to be 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.

When I was using the built in X theme portfolio page, I was able to reorder them manually…

Is this at all possible?

Thanks for writing in.

It’s not currently possible, you’ll have to add special coding to create your own order through WP Query, plus, you’ll need a way to manually apply the order since there is no available UI for that.
