The Grid Not working

Hi guys,

I’ve just activated The Grid on my website (WordPress 5.5, PHP version 7.3.20, using the latest pro theme) and when I go to add a new grid, I’m just lead to a blank screen. Is this something anyone else is experiencing with the latest update?

I’m not experiencing that in my site using the latest The Grid version and WP 5.5. Please just note that we do not provide support for WP 5.5 yet so you need to downgrade for the compatible version for now, Please see our Version Compatibility page to check the plugin versions we support.

Once you’ve downgraded to the supported WordPress version and the issue persists, please perform the following troubleshooting steps so we’ll know if the issue is coming from our theme and The Grid.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Version Compatibility

Only if none of that helps, please provide the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hi @christian,

That’s great thank you! I’ve downgraded to WP 5.4.2 and it is now working again so it is definitely an issue with the latest version of WordPress.
