The grid - Not updating on devices

Hi:

I updated The Grid contents on the server but these are not reflecting on the devices. I have cleared the cache, browsing history, everything on the devices and also on the “clear cache” global settings of “The Grid”.

When I see the updated pages on the laptop it is as below (reflecting all the changes I made - and is ok)

But on the devices, the old images, skin and layout shows up.

As mentioned earlier, I have cleared everything on the devices…

What am I missing here?

Hello Ravi,

Yes, I can confirm on my mobile device(*note 8) that there are still images which is different on what is showing on the desktop version. Since this is my first visit, this must not be a cache on the device. There is no known bug on the grid relating to this one.
I have ask 3 more support, all of them has Iphone device.
On each of those test, they didn’t see the images. They saw the updated version like on desktop without images. There must be some cache content somewhere that is being served. Please check if you have caching on your server and then try to clear cache. If none, please try sharing site credentials inside a secure note so we can double check your setup. Thank you.

Thank you ms Lely. It had to do with Godaddy cache. I cleared the server cache and the devices updated to the latest version of the pages.
