The Grid not showing in Chrome

Hi,

I am currently working on temporary domain name provided by Cpanel in my hosting company

I have created a website with few grids using The Grid plugin for different product catagories. I am using Visual Composer to create pages. This setup works fine in Firefox and MS Edge browsers and used to work fine in Chrome. It is no more showing the grid on Chrome for some reason. Is it because of temporary URL I am using. It seems to work sometimes on Chrome, but then if you refresh the screen, it disappears. Sometimes refreshing the screen shows, and refreshing again, makes it disappear. Firefox & Edge work consistently.

I have tried clearing cache, using icognito mode etc but nothing seems to work.

Thanks for writing in.

I could see the grid. Would you mind sharing us the process on how you replicate the issue.

You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks for your reply.

Grid shows up when you load the website first time. But then try refreshing the browser and it disappears. Happens only in Chrome.

It doesn’t have this problem on Firefox or Edge browsers. Only on Chrome. I do have the latest Chrome browser. Tried clearing cache but did not help. Tried icognito browsing, did not help.

It even works fine on my mobile Chrome browser. Only desktop Chrome has the problem. Hope you can help.

Do you have any browser extension installed? Try to disable and deactivate and see if that resolves the issue.
