The Grid not loading

Hi, I have two pages that use the Grid. Today they both stopped loading.

They are https://www.papirmass.com/prints and https://www.papirmass.com/news

I’m unable to open either page with Cornerstone.

Hmm. It actually seems that Cornerstone is down site-wide. I’ve had someone working to increase the site speed today and I’m wondering if something they did has caused a conflict. Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Hi,

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks for this. My developer fixed it (not sure how) but I will try searching for a plugin conflict if the problem reoccurs. Good to know.
