I am trying to make changes to a custom skin and when I select the save button, nothing happens. If I close the skin and then open again, my changes are not saved. I have updated the plugin, yet when I go to the plugin page, it still says, “Update Required.”

Our latest versions are:
- X theme
7.2.3 - Cornerstone
4.2.3 - The Grid
2.7.7 - PHP
7.2or higher - WP core
5.3.2or higher
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role

I am unable to update The Grid to 2.7.7 - I have selected update but it doesn’t seem to be working. It looks like the php needs to be updated also, we’re on 7.3.14. I’ve sent this to our developer so hopefully that update will solve the other problem.

I have logged and and went ahead to update your TheGrid plugin. If this happens the next time, simply temporarily deactivate the plugin and then you should be able to update it.
