Hi There,

It will depend on your setup. We need to check first how you build that part. Is it essential grid or the grid plugin or others? Our options is either edit the skin your were using or remove it via CSS. Please share the URL where that content so we can check first then recommend proper solution. Thank you.

The Title of the this original post says “The Grid” so I would assume this person is talking about The Grid.

How does one remove the Author from a skin so it does not show up on hover. I have the same issue with Posts and Pages showing the author.

Hello Kevin,

Thanks for updating this thread. To remove the author, you will need to edit the skin. Simply go to The Grid > Skin Builder and select the skin. In the Item Layout, you will need to select the “Author” layer and hit delete button.
