Hi guys, do you offer support for the included plugin The Grid, or do I need to contact the developer?

I’m seeing an occassional fatal error when loading a page which includes a Grid with Instagram feed. Unfortunately, it’s sporadic so I can’t guarantee the possibility of replicating it. I’ll paste the entire error message in a private post, but below is a summary …

Thanks for reaching out.

We do provide support for the bundled plugin, but we could only forward any issue to the plugin developer after we gather some information about the issue.

I checked and it only redirects your URL to the live site and can’t really check it. For now, make sure your plugins are updated and make sure the system requirements are met, like PHP version, memory limit, and so on. For now, you can also increase your site’s memory limit to 512mb which you may want requesting to your hosting provider.
