Hi Theme Co,
We are using The Grid mainly for social media feeds. But this morning we got a lot of calls from clients that experience this error message from their Instagram Feed:
No content was found for the current ursername(s) and/or hashtag(s).
There are no errors in the console
All plugins and themes are up to date
We tried Essential Grid as well (same problem)
What seems to be the problem?

What is the version of The Grid that is installed on your site? Please make sure that you have the most recent supported version which is 2.7.3.
If you are using an older version, please do an update then clear your site’s cache. If you are using an older version but you are not seeing an update available, please deactivate The Grid then you should be able to see the update available.

We are running on 2.7.2 but there are no updates available in the admin panel. How can we get the latest one?

We can confirm updates is missing when on GRID version 2.7.2. The developers are fixing this already. At the moment, please try to download it from this URL.
If you deactivate the plugin the updates gets available. 
The layout is completely messed up on all Instagram feeds atm.
