The Grid Error "Failed to initilize plugin: the_grid"

Hi there,

We’ve been having double errors popping up on some of our user profiles while editing product posts in woocommerce. The Grid has been unticked from the Screen Options for these users but even when turned back on with the metabox displaying below the product details the errors continue.

How do we stop these from appearing on product edit pages for our ‘shop_managers’?
