"The Grid" doesn't show content

Hi, with “The Grid” I created a photo slider with an active filter on load. It works quite well so far. Then I duplicated the grid several times, then adjusted the filter to only show the appropriate images for my specific product groups.

Now I have the problem that all duplicated grids in the front-end show no content. However, the navigation arrows are still shown below the grid.

What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that The Grid item shortcode used in these two pages is different. I went ahead and changed the shortcode and found that it is working.

The shortcode is working:

[the_grid name="Showroom | Fahrzeugbeschriftung"]

The shortcode is not working:

[the_grid name="Showroom | Schaufensterbeschriftung, Fassadenbeschriftung"]

I would suggest you check the not working shortcode settings and attributes to find the reason behind it.

sorry, maybe I haven’t made myself clear.

Different shortcodes should be used on both pages because different content should be shown. So it is intentional that two different shortcodes are used here.

The non-working shortcode is a copy of the working shortcode. I just selected a different category as a filter criterion in the Filter tab. Instead of the content, only a large space appears.

In this case, 56 images should appear here, see screenshot.

Since I have not changed anything other than the category that should be filtered, I am at a loss as to why the grid no longer shows any content.

Do you have any other idea what could be causing this problem?

I suspect this might be a bug in The Grid plugin. As we are no longer distributing that to new customers and support for it will end September 30, I will suggest you use the Essential Grid as an alternative solution. If you want to continue

If you wish you can continue to use the plugin, it won’t be removed from your site and it won’t break, we simply will not be making updates to it past September 30th nor providing support as part of regular theme support.
