The Grid Display Issues

Hi - I’m helping a friend with her site (acaninegem.com) and they are using The Grid to display rescue dogs available for adoption. For some reason, The Grid will only display 4 portfolio items (and when you try to “load” more, it shuffles through in the top lefthand corner but does not in fact load more than one at a time.

My questions:

  1. Is there something funky with the plugin (updated to most recent version) that we need to be aware of? and 2. How can we adjust the number of images it loads on a consistent basis? Happy to provide login credentials.

Thanks!

Hi there,

To make sure that this is not a side effect of the theme update kindly make sure that you update the Cornerstone to version 2.1.3 by deleting it from the plugins section and then go to X > Overview. Wait for 5 seconds and go to plugins menu and you will see the new version of the Cornerstone.

Then please go to The Grid and copy the shortcode of the grid you want to use. Then add a test page and paste the shortcode there without the usage of the Cornerstone and with the normal WordPress editor.

See if it shows correctly and does not have that flicker effect.

Thank you.
