The Grid (cloning a grid doesnt do anything)

Dear Theme X,

We are having an issue with The Grid plugin’s clone button.Since this plugin is part of Theme X we hereby contact you. The issue is:

When we press it, it does nothing. But in console I can see an ajax call is getting succeed.

/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true".

Specs are

Theme X Version 7.1.2

Wordpress Versionv5.3.2

Memory Limit256M

Upload Max. Filesize128M

Max. Post Size128M

PHP versionv7.3.15

and 0 console errors.

We have checked with jquery and confirmed th button is getting the event fired. But it doesn’t clone and save to the DB.

Something is preventing the data flow to the DB.

Tried updating the Theme, re installed the The Grid plugin, updated it and none gave a solution.

Can you please help us in the right direction?

The grids are actually indeed duplicated. They just don’t show up in the list when WPML is active.

The quick solution here is to deactivate WPML temporarily and view the grids. The duplicates will remain when you activate WPML back.

Try updating WPML to version 4.2.9 as listed in our Version Compatibility list: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Also try the latest WPML version maybe they have fixes this incompatibility with The Grid. Just note that the supported WPML version is 4.2.9 so do the testing in a staging site.
