The Grid can't be registered?

Hello!

One of my client’s sites is using The Grid, installed via Pro back when we built the site. They had a few issues with it and reached out to me. As I was looking into it, it looks like the plugin isn’t registered, which is strange, since it’s included as part of Pro.

No worries, I’ll uninstall and reinstall. But that doesn’t work either, because it’s not even listed on the Pro page with all the other extensions.

What’s going on here? Did Pro stop including The Grid or am I running into some weird problem here?

I even tried uninstalling Pro and reinstalling it, and it’s still not showing up as an option to install.

I ended up restoring a backup, and the problem (obviously) is still there.

Unfortunately, The Grid plugin is not a bundled plugin anymore and is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you contact the Plugin Author, or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer questions beyond normal theme support.

NOTE: We have stopped distributing The Grid plugin as a bundled plugin as of October 2021, please go through the following release note.
