The Grid 2.7.9 causing theme options/pro to not load

Hi themeco,

Just thought I’d let you know that I’m experiencing issues with the theme options and builders not loading properly with the latest version of The Grid plugin installed, version 2.7.9 to be precise. I’ve rolled the plugin back to versions 2.7.7 and 2.7.8 and the problem is resolved with these versions, so most likely a plugin conflict.

As this is a plugin that you include with extensions, do you think you could please ask the plugin vendor to update it to fix this issue? Would be much appreciated.

Hey There,

This might be a combination of different factors as I can’t replicate the issue on my development environment. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hi Rob,

I have also tried to replicate the same issue in the local environment but failed to do so. I would like to request you to provide the FTP credentials so we can upload the updated plugins and can replace them if anything wrong happen.
