The front end looks different from builder view

Hi, I’m building a header for my client website but it is causing me many problems, first off, when I open the website one corner says “image” even though it does not appear in the builder,

that’s the frontend view,

also when I enter the website on my phone half of the logo is cut

that’s how it looks in my phone

this is how it should look, what can I do?

Would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we can check on your setup properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Name of the Header Builder

hi, I don’t exactly know what happen but today when I entered the site again it worked perfectly, now on mobile looks good and the word image disappeared, I did nothing, and it just started to work. Thank you, have a blessed day
