The Events Calendar PRO - broken page

Hi there,

We’ve seen an issue on this page with The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe. Basically, the entire page is broken, the map isn’t shown and the events don’t show up either. It’s just a white page with text. Once we’re logged in to the website, however, everything looks normal.

What can we do about it? Thank you in advance.

First of all, please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache).

Only if none of that helps, I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION

Hi @cramaton, those haven’t really worked for us. It seems like the situation is like that since the last update of The Events Calendar. Any other ideas?

Hello @INcroatia,

I have investigated your issue and it seems that the omappapi script is not loading. Since The Events Calendar Pro is a 3rd party plugin, kindly contact the creators of this plugin so that they will be made aware of this issue. If you have updated to WordPress 5.5 already, then this could be conflict between the plugin and the latest release of WordPress.
