The drop-down menu of the x theme in the dashboard does not work

I have already checked the site with Site Health Plug-in but the theme there is the same problem when all plug-in are deactivated

Have you updated both x theme and cornerstone? Have you cleared or purged cache? If you have already done both and the issue is still there, would you mind providing us with login credentials to your site in a secure note so we can take a closer look?

Thanks for the details.

I have checked your site and you have updated Cornerstone to the latest version but not X which is causing an incompatibility issue.

Please make sure to update X to the latest version and clear your site’s cache:

I updated the theme x and deleted the caches (browser and wordpress) but it still doesn’t work

Hey Filippo,

I have checked your site again and it seems that you have deleted Cornerstone.

Please note that Cornerstone is a required plugin with X. This is the reason why the X options dropdown is not showing up.

I have gone ahead and place Cornerstone back and the dropdown is working now.
