Hi,
in Cornerstone I get this message for all Elements (Elements, Classic, non classic, Components)
it is a customers website, it worked fine on the production server for a couple of days, but today it stops working.
Best regards,
Hannes

Hi Hannes,

Thanks for reaching out.
It might be due to the fact that the Elements are not enabled from Cornerstone > Permission > Elements. I would suggest you enable all the elements and check if that resolves.
If that is already enabled ot not resolved your problem, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

Thank you, now it is working. There was an issue with memory at the hosting provider. He has given more memory, now it works. I guess, that caused the cornerstone issue.

Great! Glad to know that the issue has been resolved. Please don’t hesitate to open another thread if you have more questions. Have a nice day.
