Hey guys, I’ve tried everything here but this message won’t leave. I cannot update or register. It says I should enter the purchase code on the Cornerstone Plugin Home site. Unfortunately there is no box to put it any code.
Please help me. This is super annoying

Thanks for writing in! When you have validated X theme, Cornerstone will automatically gets validated as well. In your screenshot, I can see that you are using X theme and yet Cornerstone is not yet validated. This will happen if you have installed X incorrectly. I guess you have uploaded the wrong zip file. You should have unzip the x_package.zip and just uploaded only the x.zip file. If you happen to have renamed the x folder to something, that would also cause the issue. Please always keep in mind that X theme’s folder name should always be x (wp-content/themes/x/).
To resolve this, please deactivate X theme and delete X completely. You will have to re install X theme by uploading the correct x.zip file. You can get the fresh copy from your dashboard (https://theme.co/apex/dashboard).
If you do not want to re install X theme, you will need to log in to your ftp and browse to the themes folder. You will have to make sure that you have place it in wp-content/themes/x/ and not in wp-content/themes/anothername/x/.

This did not resolve it for me. I deactivated X, deleted the theme, and then uploaded x.zip as advised. Yet the problem still remains.
I am up to date on all versions.
