The builder is unstable & unreliable

Hello,

For some reason, the builder is unstable & unreliable…
It’s often the HEADLINES that are shaky.
Impossible to change, the front end is different from the back…
Could you have a look?

Thank you for writing in, I just check your homepage, and I could not replicate the issue that you describe. Please try opening your site on an incognito/private mode of your browser where there are no caching and browser extensions involve.

Hello,

I just did.
when I try to edit text in headline, the builder doesn’t react properly, it scrolls without me doing anything & I can’t edit properly. Plus it doesn’t keep the changes I make either…

It seems that I need to update PHP on my wordpress… do you think it’s coming from this?

Hello Stéphane,

I checked your site it seems that the Headline Text is working fine please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note. I would also recommend you must update the theme, plugin, WordPress core, and PHP version as per our version compatibility page.

Impossible to touch the big headlines without creating a mess…

I have checked the big headlines on the given page and it worked perfectly fine.

I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
