2. Where do I change another really stupid line:

“Oops I blew up the internet.” You don’t want to know the panic reaction this causes with a client.

Go to your Theme Options > Integrity > Blog Options:

And for the 404 page texts, check the link below on how to change the texts.

Change Text in "Page not found"
