Thanks for writing in!

On any touch device, you will use 1 finger to swipe up and down to scroll the page. You will be using 2 fingers to interact with the MAP on the page. You can swipe up, down, left, or right to navigate on the map.

I understand the intent of the touch device.

I found the cause somewhat and will describe it.

When operating with a touch device such as a smartphone, it is not possible to use a finger on a marker icon.
The finger operation does not seem to respond on the marker icons.

It seems that the drag option might be disabled for mobile devices. You can contact the Plugin Author on this.
